Who we are: Initiatives of Change (IofC) is a world-wide movement of people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behaviour, starting with their own.
Purpose: We work to inspire, equip and connect people to address world needs, starting with themselves, in the areas of trustbuilding, ethical leadership and sustainable living.
The official launch of' For the sake of peace' DVD takes place on 13 November 2015 in Kabarnet town - the capital of Baringo County. The launch is expected to bring together the leaders of the county Government of Baringo as well as other key stakeholders in the region.
There will be two Creator's of Peace Crcles taking place in Pokot East, located in the county of Baringo, Kenya. The program shall run for three days each i.e.from the 2 - 4 and 5 - 7 February, 2015 targeting to reach 36 women.
The 5th Eastern Africa Youth Forum (EAYF) is set to take place in Juba South Sudan as from 4-8 May, 2015! The forum is being organized by the Eastern Africa youth forum planning team in partnership with Youth in Solidarity. Young people aged between 18 and 35 from Eastern African region and guests from other parts of Africa and the world are encouraged to apply.
Change in Progress will host its second camp for 15 participants. They are high school students cared for by 5 mentors and faculty at Rocky Valley camp site, Krugersdorp, West of Johannesburg. First part of the camp will start from 30th November until 05th December 2014, Second part from 08th -11th December 2014.

The next International Farmers’ Dialogue will take place in India 4-10 December 2014, hosted by Dr Panjabrao Deshmukh, Agricultural University, Akola and Grampari, Asia Plateau, Panchgani.
