Ethical leadership retreat
Ethical leadership retreat is a multi-sector network of change agents working together to inspire ethical behaviours through their own personal lives. participants connect by exploring personal responsibility, honest conversations, and social transformation as processes of building new relationships that promote ethical behaviours.
We adopt experiential learning methods that challenge and stretch participants intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually while also equipping fellows with practical tools of facilitation and dialogue to connect personal change with change in society. This transformational program is committed to engaging people of different background as potential hope that can bring about equity, just society, sustainable and an ethical nation.
