Who we are: Initiatives of Change (IofC) is a world-wide movement of people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behaviour, starting with their own.

The visitors were welcomed at the Parliament of White Nile State with dancing by the Fellata community, who are of Nigerian Hausa origin

Purpose: We work to inspire, equip and connect people to address world needs, starting with themselves, in the areas of trustbuilding, ethical leadership and sustainable living.

Title of the programme: Effective Living and Leadership

Program to be held for: Industry workers

Synopsis of the Program and Content: Participants from various corporate backgrounds will be attending four days residential training programme. This programme is mainly for middle management, working staff & union representatives. Programme focuses on ways and means for effective living through personal changes and leadership one should exhibit for social causes.

Duration of program: 3 Nights 4 Days (03th Feb 2016 to 06th Feb 2016)
