Who we are: Initiatives of Change (IofC) is a world-wide movement of people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behaviour, starting with their own.
Purpose: We work to inspire, equip and connect people to address world needs, starting with themselves, in the areas of trustbuilding, ethical leadership and sustainable living.
The next Harambee Leadership Training Programme course will take place in Nigeria in October 2011 - a one week training programme commencing 29 October (reduced from two weeks) and a two week fieldwork programme between 7 and 20 November
An international Muslim and Christian teachers dialogue is taking place from 2-6 June, 2011 at Jinja Busoga town, on the Uganda-Kenya Highway. This is an initiative of Uganda MRA/Initiatives of Change.
The Farmers' Dialogue is running a Capacity building course from 12 - 19 March in Kigali, Rwanda, for 30-40 people (from 20 countries) in charge of Farmers' Dialogue.
